Trying to send back clothes items which do not fit. I did not have an account and paid for them through PayPal. On receiving the goods today and being that they do not fit I wanted to return. YOU APPARENTLY CANT SEND BACK WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT BUT "HEY" YOU CAN ORDER FROM THEM WITHOUT ONE!!! I made an account but obviously is not showing what I have previously ordered. It has taken me * hours to get know where. They say they have gone paperless, great! More people get stuck with items they cant send back and loose money.
