I have been locked out of my ASOS account since * Oct. I tried the reset password link several times it states that the link has expired even though I access the link minutes after it has been sent. I contacted ASOS on * Oct query ref ******-******. ASOS IT sent me a link the same thing happened. The ref (********). I have contacted ASOS on *, * * , ** and ** October emails received from various customer service reps namely Koryn Tamara Josh Oliver and Stuart. I was told by Oliver to send screenshots of the what message the reset password states but I am unable to do this as I have requested the reset password since * October waited ** hours still not received and contacted ASOS again. Stuart was the last person I contacted by email on ** Oct informing him I have received no link. I also contacted ASOS by chat Nurun and Zeehan were supposed to help. All of these reps have been contacting me and my problem has still not being resolved. It is a one week and * days since I contacted ASOS.
