I was trying to remove an Arlo Pro base station from an existing account and create a new account for it. ... I have two Arlo Pro base stations (VMB****r*) that are both on the same account that was set up with my iPhone. Now I want to setup a new account and move one of the base stations to that new account. How can I do that?
There can be only one account per iPhone. So I used Mac desktop and went to Arlo website (https:**arlo.netgear.com***login) where I clicked on "New to Arlo" button. But the base station could not be found.
Document the answer, and send it to my email.
First base station was added three months ago. Second base station added one month ago. Five cameras. Very fluent using Arlo app on iPhone and Mac desktop.
Power off one base station and iPhone that has Arlo app before going to "New to Arlo" on desktop.
