I would like to speak with an Apple representative on the telephone,*as requested in my original question. I do not wish to pay anyone to resolve this issue.*The problem only started when Apple sent the updates so they are responsible.
I have tried all suggestions found on internet with no*result. All details in my account are as originally entered and have worked as expected in the past.
