Hi**I‘ve ordered an iPhone XS in September ** and went to Apple pentagon city store to pick up it in September **, while there was something wrong with the store's system so that I canceled my order and bought a new one directly in the store, however, I found that my previous have not been cancelled and I've paid twice (the online payment is processing now). The order number is W*********, how could I cancel this order and get my money back? Thank you very much.
