There seems to be an issue in the "Change Your Look" section under clothes and trade options. I've earned crowns and tiaras from playing "Sky High," but they are not showing up in my clothes list like other rewards from different adventures. I used to receive them before, so I'm unsure why they're missing now. I would appreciate a walkthrough on how to get my crown and tiara back in my clothes list. Thank you for looking into this! Hello, I'm Lakeley, Leia's mother. My daughter has been unable to log in since the recent AJHQ update and has even stopped playing Animal Jam because of it. I have read articles indicating that passwords were reset due to the transition away from Adobe Flash, which is understandable. Unfortunately, Leia does not remember the email she used, possibly a random one she does not recognize. We can provide her old password, which was "Sneed32," and her username was "Ereomydog." Is it possible for you to update the email to her current one or revert the password to the original one? We appreciate your assistance with this matter caused by the recent update.

I have been unable to log back in despite attempts through the Animal Jam parent tools app. I watched the video online about this issue and need assistance with resetting my password. I want to report an incident on Animal Jam involving my sister, myaly9, who was scammed out of her green mythical spiked collar by users Fizzybasil and their second account sunshinefuntime124. I believe the trading history can confirm this. This is not acceptable, especially as I, with the username cutewarrior21, also experienced a loss a few years ago with my gray furry arm cuffs. Despite reaching out back then, I received no assistance and couldn't recall the scammer's username after all this time. It's crucial to address these situations promptly to prevent others from falling victim. Please, don't allow scammers to roam freely, as it impacts the enjoyment and fairness of the game. I hope to see a resolution soon and avoid escalating this issue further. As a platform catering to kids, Animal Jam should prioritize their safety and experience.

Hello, I have been attempting to contact AnimalJam for about a year regarding an issue with my daughter's account. She has been playing the game since [redacted] and was banned in [redacted]. I feel it's unfair that she was banned. Additionally, the parent dashboard was also banned, affecting around 14 accounts, including her sister's. They both worked hard to collect rare items. While I understand that it is a game for children and not all players may behave appropriately, my daughter claims she was influenced by others. She was lured into visiting a fake AnimalJam website with promises of items by two players, but she later realized it was a scam. Despite this, she was banned while others who engage in inappropriate behavior go unpunished. I request assistance in overturning the ban on her account or at least on her sister's, who is innocent. Dear Community, I am having trouble accessing my account (ngolestang) as I have been logged out and can't remember my password. Despite entering what I believe is the correct password (Pash5G13N), I am unable to log in. My mother attempted to contact HQ via email on my behalf, but they declined to assist her as she no longer had her old credit card number. Despite providing the correct billing address and name on the card, offering to verify her identity with ID or contact the credit card company, she was unable to get help. I am unsure which email my account is linked to since it was created when I was younger. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I suspect my old account was involved in a data breach. I am struggling to reset the password as the email linked to it is outdated and inaccessible. Animal Jam Classic support has been unhelpful, providing repetitive bot responses. The username was Levitan and the password was bubbab2018 before it was altered due to the breach. The new account under the username TitanOfStars, still allows me to access the den and send friend requests. This old account holds valuable betas, making it essential for me to regain access. The username and previous password are the only forms of verification I possess without access to the email. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been charged for an Animal Jam membership for nearly four years, and I can no longer afford it. I am unable to locate the account tied to the subscription or the membership receipt. I'm currently facing an issue with Animal Jam. I've been playing this game for around 6 years now, starting when I was just 15. I dedicated a lot of time to my account, earning numerous items and making great friends. After a 2-year break, I returned to find that my account had been permanently banned, possibly due to a hacking incident during my absence. I always followed the rules and never intended to jeopardize my account. Despite reaching out to AJHQ with a detailed explanation, they were unhelpful and unwilling to assist me in recovering my hard-earned items. I find it unjust that I am being punished for something beyond my control, especially when I've seen others receive help in similar situations. It's frustrating to lose everything I worked for because of a hacker's actions.

Dear Animal Jam Headquarters, I wanted to report that my account was hacked today around 1:30 PM. I discovered that all my items, including 20,[redacted] sapphires, were missing when I logged into AJPW after lunch. The items that were taken from my account include a Teal Forest Gauntlet, White Out spiked collar, Phantom beanie, Lynx Pillow Pet, 2 non-token Sugar Gliders, and several other non-token pets, as well as den items such as a Pet Station, Petsitter Pro, master tracks, various den decorations, and small clothing pieces. I believe my account was hacked because no one else knows my password. To increase security, I have changed my password and added two-step verification. I discovered that many of my items are missing from my account while trying to edit my house in the game. Specifically, my animal model, songs, den items, and character customization items are gone. I lost access to my Animal Jam account after returning to the game. Despite knowing my password, I couldn't log in and couldn't reset it due to forgetting the parent account email. After realizing there was a data breach leading to password changes by Animal Jam, I reached out to them multiple times explaining my situation and requesting an email change, but only received automated responses. Animal Jam's lack of assistance is frustrating considering it was their security that was compromised. Hello, I recently accessed my AJPW account as usual, but discovered that almost all of my rare items are missing. I am certain that I did not trade them away, as I had worked hard to collect them over the years and value them greatly. I would like to request assistance in resolving this bug or glitch and having the missing items restored to my account. My username is V1p3rthesecond and my password is jammer. Some of the items that are missing include: Grey Archer and Highest Leilani Daisy, Leilani Jack O Lantern Mask (Highest Tier), 5 Blackouts, 3 Whiteouts, and 8 Rare Teal Forests, Rare Red Feathered Ears and White/Red Cuffs (Non-Crafted), 3 Highest Dual Samurai Swords and Pink/Blue Dual Lollipop Swords, among others. My account was hacked, and all my items were deleted. I had over 10,[redacted] items, including den items, clothes, pets, and pet clothes, etc. The hacker left me with 3 million gems, which I didn't have before. Despite playing regularly, helping the community, and having a membership every month, I lost everything. My friends, whom I knew for a long time, can only be reached through AJPw (mobile). The hacker even found my social media accounts and explained their actions, saying they wanted me to quit and found pleasure in upsetting people. After disabling my account, changing the password, and reactivating it, I discovered all my progress was gone. Although disheartened, I wish to continue playing. The attempts to reach out for help have been unsuccessful, so I'm giving this a try.

I have been attempting to reach out to AJHQ for more than a year now without any response regarding the steps to recover my account. On August 9, [redacted], I was permanently banned from Animal Jam Classic for trading an item, the "golden armadillo," despite it being unreleased and mistakenly available in the game. I believe I was banned unjustly without prior warning about trading for such items. I possess evidence showing I only engaged in a trade for the item, although I understand AJHQ has access to their own records that support my claims. Reviewing AJHQ's Terms of Service (TOS), I found no explicit prohibition against trading for specific items. If my account is not reinstated, I will involve my legal representative in this matter following an unsatisfactory exchange with their support team accusing me of hacking, an action I did not commit. Feeling unsure of what steps to take next, I am formally requesting the unbanning of my account "Lobsz."
