My husband and I were on a business coach from New York City to Washington DC on Saturday, January **, ****. When he got up from his seat, there was a very sharp edge on the aisle armrest that ripped my husband's jeans. Unfortunately, he was on his way to a speaking engagement and we quickly arranged to have someone at the venue to purchase another pair. That said, the pants were new and should be replaced. I have taken pickures of the pants tear and the armrest for your information.
GetHuman-lyndator did not yet indicate what Amtrak should do to make this right.
