I have been trying to pay my bill but can't get through. Tried online but as I've just moved and tried to get on to my account, it says someone else has used my email, which is me so I can't get putting my new address in with my email address as they still have it attached to my old address. I don't want to have a late payment attached to this property but can't get help at all.
