I have not been getting my bills, for some reason they are not getting to me, I called customer service, I asked that they mail me my next couple of bills with a return receipt so that you know that I will be getting them...The customer service person said no, I asked to speak to a supervisor, I got the nastiest women on the phone as a supervisor, she was extremely rude...she said flat out "no" and then she asked me if I wanted to cancel my card. I have been a member for almost ** years yet I am ready to cancel my card because I am not getting my bills, just emails saying that I am late, and then extremely rude service. I have never been spoken to like this from a customer service person...I called from work ***-***-**** around ***a if you can track the phone call. I would fire this customer service supervisor for being so rude. How are you going to fix this problem of me not getting my bills?
