Regarding my recent order, #[redacted]-[redacted], I received three items, but unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged. The order policy indicates that I can request a return or refund in such cases; however, the system is not allowing me to do so. I have tried to communicate via chat without success. On December 1st, I purchased a Medisana P-[redacted] pulse oximeter for 37 Euros. The package was shipped on December 6th at 5 p.m. local time. However, upon tracking the package, I discovered it was delivered to Spain by CRONOPOST instead of being delivered to me. I have all the necessary information and the invoice. Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon account which got blocked. I'm located in South Africa and attempted to purchase a US Google Play Gift Card to access Disney Plus through a VPN. Unfortunately, due to the IP address switches, Amazon has blocked my account. I have tried reaching out to the international customer service line, but my service provider doesn't recognize it as a valid number. I need assistance as I am unable to access any of my Amazon apps. I'm encountering an issue with Amazon's two-step verification process because I don't own a smartphone. The method they assume works for most people, involving a confirmation link sent to a phone with WiFi access, is not accessible to me. I believe Amazon should offer an alternative method, such as providing a code to enter on their website. I could potentially create a new account using the same email, but I hesitate since I am worried about losing access to all my cloud-stored MP3 files from my original account. It seems that Amazon has overlooked the fact that not everyone possesses a smartphone. While I may have enabled two-step verification, I did so under the assumption that there would be other verification options available, such as receiving a code or using an alternate email or phone number.

I received a damaged dishwasher from Amazon, and they've sent a replacement. I need to return the damaged one, but the shipper hasn't scheduled a pickup yet. I spoke to an Amazon representative a month ago for instructions on returning a large item. I'm concerned about being charged for the unwanted dishwasher.

I wanted to share my recent disappointing experience with Amazon Prime. I made a purchase for Potassium listed as a Prime item with Standard Shipping. Sadly, my trust in Prime was misplaced as I later discovered additional charges totaling $86.91, including a $69.00 shipping fee imposed by the seller. This unexpected cost was a shock to me, especially as a senior citizen during the holiday season. Although I admit I should have reviewed my order more carefully, I am disheartened that Amazon would allow such high fees on items labeled as Prime, particularly a product promoted as a "Best Seller." I recently received my order of 3 items from Amazon, but unfortunately, all of them are the incorrect size. To make matters more challenging, as a 93-year-old with limited mobility residing in an assisted living facility, an aide who was trying to assist me accidentally opened the packages and discarded the envelopes before I could inspect them myself. I would like to return the items in a single box and request credit for them. Could you please provide me with a return shipping label via email to the address listed below? Generally, I am quite content with my experiences shopping on Amazon. Thank you.

I am having trouble with the captcha letters being hard to read. Some of the letters are unclear, and parts of the bottom row are missing. I find it frustrating to have to struggle through this just to make a purchase. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as I'm sure others are doing the same. My son has had similar issues. It took me 30 minutes to try to make it work, and despite multiple attempts, I haven't been able to buy from you. Unless this is resolved, I will not be returning. Thank you.

I purchased a set of A&M whiskey highball glasses and a white eyeliner pencil. However, upon wrapping presents, I noticed that these items were missing. The delivery status shows they were delivered together on November 17th, but I never received them. I have obtained authorization to return the two pairs of shoes from my recent order. I had initially printed the order details but did not realize a QR code was required for the return process at Kohls. Unfortunately, without a smartphone, I faced difficulty in accessing the QR code at the store. Upon attempting to manually input the code at home, I encountered a restriction, possibly due to a previous attempted return or system limitation. I have repeatedly informed Amazon drivers not to leave packages at my back door, but they continue to do so. They sometimes even venture through my yard, causing my dogs to get agitated. Last week, their presence triggered my home alarm, resulting in the police showing up. Other delivery services have no trouble finding my correct address, [redacted] East Alderwood Road. Despite my complaints to Amazon drivers, they insist their GPS guides them correctly, even though my address is clearly displayed. I am frustrated with Amazon's delivery practices and considering stopping my wife from making $[redacted] in monthly purchases with them.

I have my own debit card, but someone offered me their credit card to use. When I asked for the credit card again to expedite an order, they refused and yelled at me, despite previously letting me use it. After making a purchase, I noticed the delivery was delayed by 7-10 days. I tried to speed up the delivery, which required re-entering the credit card information. However, a few days later, there were issues with my account. I have learned my lesson and will refrain from using others' cards without their permission in the future.

I recently tried to purchase Amazon gift cards and came across an offer for an extra $10 if I loaded $[redacted]. I wasn't aware that this bonus couldn't be used on Amazon gift cards, which is why I made the purchase. While I did notice that the offer was non-refundable, I would appreciate it if the $10 could be retained, and the $[redacted] refunded back to my Visa card. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company and refrain from purchasing any more Amazon gift cards. I feel deceived by this situation. Order# [redacted]-[redacted] is the order in question. I received an email stating that only one pair of jeans was returned instead of two. Although I took both pairs to the UPS center, it seems that one was not accounted for upon reaching the return center at Amazon. I following Amazon's instructions to return the items by 12/17/[redacted], but I did not shipped both pairs. As a result, I expect a refund for the missing pair. If Amazon attempts to charge me, I will address the issue with my bank. This situation is puzzling since I paid for both pairs initially, and only one was apparently received. I am anticipating a refund for the missing pair promptly.

As an Amazon customer for 25 years and a dedicated Prime member, I rely on having packages delivered to my home in Rural Oregon. Our local post office lacks mail carriers, preventing me from receiving USPS deliveries at home. Due to being 77 years old and handicapped, I am unable to retrieve packages from the post office myself. Thus, I greatly depend on UPS for home delivery. Despite requesting not to use USPS labels after speaking with Colette, my recent orders continue to be shipped via USPS, which I cannot manage to pick up. I have contacted multiple representatives, but the issue persists, and Colette's attempted solution did not suffice. I feel frustrated and unsure of how to effectively resolve this ongoing problem.

I have been attempting to address an issue with a purchase I made in November [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted] for a TAG Heuer Men's watch WAZ1111W, BA0875 Formula 1 Stainless Steel Bracelet watch bought from seller JK LUXURY for $[redacted] + $30 using a Mastercard ending in [redacted], sent to Hayarkon 6, Haifa, Israel, postal code [redacted]. The watch came with a TAG Heuer International guarantee, stating coverage for manufacturing defects for two years. The watch worked well until November [redacted] when the hours hand stopped moving. I contacted customer service via chat and was told Amazon would assist in a refund or replacement. Despite attempts to resolve through Amazon and TAG Heuer customer service, no progress has been made with the seller or receiving a response. Calls to Amazon resulted in promises of resolution that have not materialized. Additional attempts via chat have been unsuccessful due to technical issues.
