I placed an order on 10.10.[redacted] with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. The item made it to ECOM Express, Guwahati on 17.10.[redacted]. The delivery agent contacted me and promised a timely delivery, only to later claim my address was unlocatable. I am a loyal Amazon Prime member and have had no issues with deliveries to this address before. After numerous failed attempts to communicate with ECOM, the item was rescheduled for delivery on 20.10.[redacted], but it didn't arrive. Despite reaching out to Amazon customer service, the item was only out for delivery on 26.10.[redacted], and once again was not delivered. Another failed delivery attempt was made on 27.10.[redacted], with a false claim of an unsuccessful delivery. Exhausted after 17 days of waiting, I had to seek a refund through customer service. Subsequent attempts to reorder showed that the item cannot be delivered to my address. I urge for better handling of misinformation and non-deliveries by the courier. I also request that future deliveries avoid ECOM Express, Guwahati due to their lack of integrity and urgency. Thank you.

I recently made a purchase of two products on Amazon and needed to return them for a refund. The Amazon app allows refunds only through Amazon Pay, not directly to my bank account, causing an issue. After contacting customer service, they mistakenly debited the refund amount to my account. Upon contacting them again to rectify this and refund a debited amount of [redacted], a person named Abhiji Mukharji allegedly tried to debit 10,[redacted] from my credit card unlawfully. A manager later apologized for the mistake and offered to assist, but requested credit card information. I am requesting a prompt resolution to this problem to avoid legal action, as detailed in a forthcoming legal notice. Thank you. J.B. Shinde.

I have been a long-time customer named Joseph H. and recently had my accounts temporarily closed. I am having trouble uploading the requested information as I have only used my credit card once on Amazon and never used my debit card. Even when I uploaded a receipt showing the last four digits of my credit card for a coloring book purchase, it was not sufficient to reopen my account. To try and resolve this, I opened a new account using just my phone number and my debit card, which I tried to use for a purchase but that account got closed temporarily too. Since I have not made any purchases with my debit card, I am unable to provide the required documentation. I am unsure how long my accounts will remain closed if I can't upload the necessary information. Can I simply close these accounts and start fresh?

I recently purchased the book "Records and Information Management" from Amazon.de, but unfortunately, the copy I received had the correct binding but the content was from a different book, "Communicating Intimate Health." I requested a replacement, but the new copy I received was also from the same faulty batch. I would like to ensure this issue is addressed to prevent it from happening again. Please check the entire inventory to avoid sending out more incorrect copies. Once this has been done, I will request another replacement to avoid receiving another faulty book. I am frustrated with my experience with Amazon. I contacted a representative a few days ago regarding an issue with my order number [redacted]-[redacted] for a pair of Carhart coveralls. I initially requested an exchange due to size issues, but after returning the item, I received a partial refund of $5 for a price difference. Subsequently, I received another pair of coveralls, which were also the wrong size. I returned them on Oct 15th, but I have not received a refund for this second return, which is causing me undue stress. I have been a loyal Amazon customer, but if this matter is not promptly resolved and I do not receive my $95 refund back on my credit card, I will no longer be shopping with Amazon. I am reaching out regarding the compromise of my existing account linked to the email "[redacted]" around 10/17/[redacted] at 6 AM Arizona time. The account's password, associated phone numbers, and devices have been altered, leaving me locked out. My Yahoo and gmail accounts, along with other related accounts, have also been compromised. Consequently, I am unable to reset the account, send a security code, or access it except through a few echo devices that still function. These devices are continuously notifying me of unauthorized activities like purchases and deliveries, which have become quite bothersome. Additionally, I recently renewed my Prime membership which is now bereft of any benefits. I can provide past billing details, phone numbers, devices, and order history from memory to aid in verification. However, I lack other information due to the breach. I request the cancellation of my Prime membership and reimbursement for the remaining months. There should be a record of at least 4 calls placed after the 17th concerning this security issue. Despite assurances that the account is secure, I am still receiving notifications via echo devices. I have created a new Amazon account linked to the email "[redacted]" in the interim. Once this matter is resolved, I am willing to repurchase a membership post reimbursement. However, the dismissive attitude of some employees and being hung up on multiple times is unacceptable. I recently noticed an unauthorized $[redacted] Xbox gift charge deducted from my checking account that I did not approve. Despite being assured that I would receive a call within 2 to 3 business days, I have not had any contact regarding this issue. I simply wish to have my funds returned to my bank account. The only recent purchase I made was a phone case and liquid glass cleaner for my Samsung A52, so this charge has come as a complete surprise. I have submitted multiple complaints without any resolution. I hope this situation can be addressed promptly to restore my trust in Amazon.

I recently bought three products from Amazon during a sale. Two of the items, a tripod and a mobile phone (iQOO Z3), were supposed to be in the same box. Another item, a mount, was delivered separately. The box showed two products on the invoice, but upon opening it, only the tripod was inside. The phone was missing. We have an unboxing video and the delivery person's statement confirming that the box in the video was delivered without the phone. Despite reaching out to Amazon customer service and contacting the nearest warehouse, we're not getting a satisfactory resolution. They claim we received the product, but both the warehouse and our evidence suggest otherwise.

I am facing an issue with my Amazon account. My tried-and-true password suddenly stopped working, prompting me to reset it. Despite successfully receiving the first verification number via email, I encountered a snag during the second step. Having recently changed my phone and subsequently my phone number, Amazon's system still has my old phone number on file. This oversight prevents me from receiving the second verification number as it is being sent to my old, inactive phone number. My attempts to seek assistance from Amazon's customer service proved futile as the representative I spoke to was unable to understand my situation due to a language barrier. I want to confirm if the driver will call me before delivering my order next Tuesday. I need to be available to open the garage door for them since our building doesn't have an automatic entrance button, and deliveries are not allowed through the front doors. I've been in contact with Amazon for over two months regarding the sudden deletion of my entire account. The issues started when my Amazon Echo stopped working, followed by the disappearance of my shopping account, Amazon Music account, Kindle books (over [redacted]), Kindle Paperwhite content, uploaded Kindle documents, purchased Amazon videos (over [redacted]), and audible books (over [redacted]). My Amazon Prime account was also affected. Despite sharing purchase and transaction numbers with Amazon Customer Service multiple times, they claim there is no record of my account. I'm frustrated.

Following a 30-minute hold, I was disconnected from each conversation. I received notification that my Sheba cat food order, with Order # [redacted]-[redacted], was delivered today around 11:08 by FedEx. However, I have not received the package. Despite having two video surveillance systems, neither recorded a delivery. This has happened before with FedEx mistakenly delivering to my neighbor, but I have not heard from them this time. I used my boyfriend's credit card, with his permission, to make a purchase while he is in Canada, but now the delivery won't reach him on time, so I changed the delivery address. However, this has led to my account being placed on hold, preventing me from accessing Amazon. I need assistance to stop the Prime membership I signed up for and cancel the order.

Dear Sir/Madam, I returned the item with order ID [redacted]-[redacted] on October 10th, but the refund has not been credited to my account yet. Despite reaching out to Amazon customer service and the seller multiple times, I have not received a resolution. Although an Amazon representative assured me that the refund would reflect within 2 to 3 working days, a week has passed without any update. After contacting the seller, they provided an invoice confirming the refund on their end and advised me to follow up with Amazon. As it has been a month since the return, I kindly request your urgent attention to process the refund or provide me with the necessary details to investigate the issue further. I purchased three books on 25.09.[redacted], but one book for the NDA exam was not delivered. The refund for Rs [redacted] is shown as processed, but it has not reflected in my bank account yet. The customer care number for queries seems to be inactive. I kindly request a prompt investigation into this issue and the refund to be credited as soon as possible.

I am having trouble accessing my Amazon account after Amazon updated their verification process a few days ago. Upon login, I receive a text message on my non-smart phone instructing me to "Tap link to respond." Since my phone doesn't have a camera, I am unable to follow this step. Previously, Amazon used to send verification emails to my email address.

I recently placed an order for a bag of salt and a bottle of garlic which were supposed to be paid for using my EBT card. However, I noticed that your company charged my credit card instead. I would like to either receive a refund to my credit card or cancel the order altogether. I find it concerning that my EBT card information is on file with your company, yet you chose to charge my credit card. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this situation promptly.

I recently purchased a NETGEAR Orbi WiFi Satellite Extender for my parents as an early Christmas gift to enhance the range of their existing NETGEAR router. Unfortunately, I have now learned that this extender is only compatible with the Orbi router, which they don't have. Despite it being past the 30-day return window, I'm hoping that due to the unopened and sealed packaging and our frequent purchases from Amazon, an exception can be made for the return of this item.
