I recently purchased a blouse that I adore, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too small. When I tried to return it at Kohl's, I encountered some issues during the process guided by a young staff member. After attempting to complete the return with my phone and computer, my computer crashed, which caused a delay in the return process. Now that the return deadline has passed, I am left with a blouse that doesn't fit, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as I am facing challenges with technology being over 80 years old. It has been frustrating, and I had to seek professional help to fix my computer. Can any help be provided, or will I have to accept the $21 charge and keep the ill-fitting blouse? Thank you. The attendant mentioned additional pending charges from various states, but I clarified that I reside in South Carolina and do not have ties to those states. The attendant offered to assist in resolving these charges remotely on my computer. Although I was uneasy, I trusted Amazon's integrity and allowed the process to continue. After the call, I discovered over $[redacted] missing from my debit card balance. I feel deceived and seek assistance regarding this situation. This is my first time returning a gift to Amazon. Earlier, I spoke with Kimarley to discuss the return. Kimarley sent me two gift requests for a body pillow and a pillowcase, each with a QR code for UPS returns. The items are valued at a total of $70.17. Kimarley assisted with setting up my account and mentioned I could shop anytime. I added 4 items to my cart and tried to use my gift card balance but it showed as zero. I'm unsure if I need to return the items before the $70.17 appears in my account. What kind of receipt do I need from UPS to prove the return? As this was a gift, I prefer the sender not to be notified of the return issue. Could someone contact me to clarify? Thank you, Nancy.

I recently ordered a box of 48 colored pencils. Disappointingly, the box arrived in a bag with other products, and the pencils were scattered everywhere. Many of the pencil tips were broken or chipped, presumably due to mishandling during shipping. I am concerned that the new set might face the same fate. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] I received tape rolls from Amazon that were incorrect. I tried to return them through UPS, but encountered long waits at two different offices. It is frustrating that errors from Amazon require so much time and effort from me. As an elderly customer, this process is very challenging, especially in hot weather. Unfortunately, the item was defective and uncomfortable, so I requested a replacement. The original product was picked up on July 24th, and the delivery person confirmed it was the same one I had received. Subsequently, I decided to cancel the replacement order. After some time, I noticed that my refund had not been processed. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they mentioned that I had not returned the original item and therefore was not eligible for a refund. However, I did return the exact product I received. I am not very experienced in handling such matters, being a student, and I believe the delivery person may have made an error. I kindly ask for the refund to be processed promptly to avoid further escalation. Thank you.

I have a long-standing Amazon account along with Amazon Prime. Previously, I used Spectrum as my internet provider until we relocated to Cave Junction, Oregon in July [redacted], where Spectrum service is unavailable. After switching providers, I encountered difficulties connecting my desktop to the new internet service due to my limited technological skills. The main issue I am facing is with accessing my Amazon account ([redacted]). When trying to log in, Amazon sends a text message to my phone with a link that I cannot tap, as my phone is an older model without a touch screen. By the time I manually input the alphanumeric code provided on my computer, my access attempt is denied by Amazon. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I had a delivery issue at 26-21 Union Street, 5H in Flushing, NY. The packages were mistakenly sent to 26-25 Union Street, 5H, causing inconvenience for my husband who had to move them despite his mobility issues. After contacting customer service and speaking with Shawn, I was informed that I could keep, discard, or deliver the packages myself. I'm concerned that the responsibility fell on me to rectify the situation, especially as I couldn't reach the intended recipient and had to move the items to avoid blocking the hallway. I ultimately left the packages in the neighboring building's lobby. This isn't the first time delivery issues have occurred, and it's frustrating to have to deal with them, especially when it involves perishable items left to spoil. I urge for more attention to detail by drivers to prevent such incidents in the future. If this happens again, I hope the company will take responsibility and compensate for any inconvenience caused. I placed an order on Amazon on Friday, August 6th at 8:43 a.m. with order number [redacted]-[redacted] from Pets Supplies Galore. However, I was informed by the supplier that the delivery date would be between August 18-21, which is too far out for me. I immediately requested to cancel the order at 8:47 a.m., but there was no option available. Pets Supplies Galore informed me that the order had already been dispatched and could not be canceled. I am confused as Amazon's policy allows a 30-minute cancellation window, and I requested to cancel within 5 minutes. The seller misstated that I canceled at 9:13 a.m., which is untrue. I am upset by this situation and expect a full refund due to the misleading information provided by the seller.

I am from Gangoh town, District Saharanpur, UP - [redacted], India. I had ordered a kid's toy for Rakhi celebrations from Amazon.in. Unfortunately, out of the 5 products received, one was damaged. I requested a return on 3-August-[redacted]. The delivery person, Mr. Bilal, initially refused to collect the damaged item, asking me to contact Amazon customer care to remove a verification message. After contacting customer service, a new return request was raised, and Mr. Bilal collected the damaged product on 7-August-[redacted]. However, he returned on 08-August-[redacted] demanding the removal of the verification message. Today, on 09-August-[redacted], he pressured me to accept the damaged item. I had made an advance payment, and it is unacceptable for a delivery person to threaten a customer. I have video evidence of the pickup and the unprofessional behavior. I urge for a serious investigation into this issue as such conduct cannot be condoned. I am considering legal action against Amazon, the dispatching center owner Mr. Sachin Malik, and delivery boy Mr. Bilal. I hope for a positive resolution.

Hello, I recently bought a costume last month, but unfortunately, the size I received does not match the one I ordered. Order number: [redacted]-[redacted] The vendor suggested that I buy another costume with a 30% discount and keep the one I have that does not fit me. If I opt for a full refund, the vendor is requesting a return shipping fee of 30 to 40 €, something I have not had to pay for in the past when returning items. I recently received a package that I did not order. It contained a pair of teen age [redacted] Levi slim shorts and a printed top in size L. The items appear worn with tears, which I would not buy. The package arrived squished. I did not make this purchase and need to return the items for a refund if it was charged to my credit card. I have not received my order #[redacted][redacted] containing Irish Spring Moisture Body Wash and Gorilla Glue. The package was delivered to the wrong address, as evidenced by the photo I received. My distinct features, such as the walker against the brick wall, storm door, and the dog-shaped "ALL VISITORS MUST BE APPROVED BY DOG" sign, were not present in the delivery location. The pavement in the picture is smooth, unlike my broken-up cement surface with visible rocks. Amazon must rectify this mistake and replace my order. I suggest reviewing the photo taken by your driver for confirmation. If necessary, I can provide a picture of my house for comparison.

I purchased shoes via Amazon Prime, but they didn't fit. I followed the return process, dropped off the shoes at UPS on June 30, [redacted]. I got confirmation emails from UPS and Amazon. However, on Aug 6, [redacted], Amazon emailed me stating they didn't receive the shoes and might charge me. Can someone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Good afternoon, I recently unboxed and assembled the item I received and unfortunately identified several flaws. These include multiple rips along the platform, rub marks and a white substance on the footboard, loose pleating on the headboard, and an oil-like stain on the headboard corner. It seems that the item was handled roughly during the assembly process. I had a professional service move the bed to a third-floor room and assemble it for me. If I had been aware of these issues earlier, I would have requested a return. As the bed is now fully assembled and cannot be easily moved, I am seeking compensation for the damages. I have taken photos of all the mentioned problems for reference.

My account is currently on hold. I keep getting repeated emails instructing me to contact TRS Recovery Services from an Account Specialist. I have already reached out to them three times. I do not owe Amazon any payment as my order was canceled by them. Despite contacting Customer Service multiple times, my television services have been terminated. I am frustrated with this situation and plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Amazon Marketplace electronically deducted funds from my bank account on 7/30/[redacted], so no outstanding balance exists. I am urgently requesting for this issue to be resolved and my account reinstated promptly. Thank you.

I have been a customer for well over a decade. I recently experienced issues with my deliveries. Firstly, a package containing pet treats was mishandled and left in direct sunlight at 93 degrees, visible to porch pirates. Normally, deliveries are placed on the lower level, out of sight and away from direct sunlight. Secondly, a partial order that was supposed to be delivered today was rescheduled for tomorrow and next Wednesday without any explanation. In the past, there were issues like deliveries to the wrong address, requiring refunds and reordering. While my recent deliveries have been on time and in the right place, the latest incident was disappointing. I usually commend delivery personnel for their good service, but in cases like these, where items are not handled carefully, better training for employees is necessary to avoid such incidents in the future.
