I have tried to call you but none of your numbers seem to have a live person answering. I am disappointed. I have been using Amazon frequently since Covid ** and it seems strange to me that you would not dedicate at least one of your employees to answer phone calls even if you would have to leave people on hold or give them an appointed time to call back. I am older and appreciate talking with someone rather than dealing with situations through an email.**Here is my issue--I received a phone call this morning (June *) about a purchase*verification made on an account for Timothy, Maryann or David (the caller did not specify) Crawford from Jackson WY, concerning an order to purchase an iPhone ** Pro. It seemed suspect because the amount they said they were charging was too little for that phone model. It suggested pressing ** to connect to Amazon. When I pressed that number I found myself talking with someone that was extremely hard to understand and there was also a lot of background noise. At that point I decided to call Amazon directly but as you know I could not call and speak to a representative. I feel this was a scam but since they called our landline I lost the phone number. The caller ID indicated it was from the Princeton area. *Please check on the authenticity of this call. If someone ordered the phone using one of our accounts I would like to take care of it before the fact rather than having to take care of it after someone has made a purchase.
