I got a message from amazon saying they want to replace the items I ordered.*order ****-*******-*******.*it says my order has been in sacramento for * days now, which is not acceptable since Shasta lake city is less then * hrs away.*this was a birthday present for my granddaughter, and shes been waiting for over * days for it..your tracking system for this del is awful, so please replace the * items I ordered sending to the same address in a timely fashion*reannon moore in Shasta lake city.*please respond back to me as soon as possible so I can let my granddaughter know the status of her birthday present..good communication is not been the case here, im a very good long time customer and im very upset about this del.*if the tracking was up to date, that would have helped. its funny how almost all my orders have been del on time or the tracking was up to date, so I could see what is going on with my order..this tracking is a joke.*thank you kim thornton
