On April ** placed order (order * ***-*******-*******) for disposable face masks.When I placed the order on April **, it claimed that I would receive the item between and April ** and April **. It was apparent after a couple of weeks that it would be a while before I would receive my order. I placed two orders with another vendor and received each within a week. I asked for a refund for the masks that I didn't think I would ever receive. I wanted masks because of Covid-** and I needed them as soon as possible. I got the refund and I asked what would I do if they showed up in my mailbox one day. Sure enough they showed up on May **. After four emails I still can't get information on how to return item. I was asked to keep the masks and pay for them again. Let me be very, very clear.I DO NOT WANT YOUR MASKS. Just send a return label by email as you have done many times before for items that I have returned in the past. My email address is....*****@***.com. Also I have tried several phone numbers for customer service but all I get is a recording saying that because of Covid-** they can't answer the phone. How convenient.All I want is to return the masks. I will say it again I DO NOT WANT YOUR MASKS!!!!!!!!!!
GetHuman-aaabsmit did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
