When I tracked the package I was told it was delivered to my mailbox May **th. It was not. I don’t know where it went, I only know it was not delivered to my mailbox. I went to the post office. They were not able to help me. I tried to find a situation that was applicable to mine on your website. The closest thing I could fine was parts missing. I clicked it so now Amazon thinks the item was delivered, but with missing parts. I just wanted to speak to someone to straighten this out. I called Amazon. I got a message that I couldn’t speak to anyone at this time because of the corona virus. I ordered two items on May *th. I received one item. Here is the order number (ORDER * ***-*******-*******). Here is the tracking number (*********************). The missing item cost $**.** before tax. I would like a refund, then I will order the item again. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

I'm a good customer because I've only used Amazon as my company for ordering items. They have a long list of items that I've ordered in the past. I'm only a good customer because up till now they have been a good company that I could rely on.
I went to the UPS Office, I went to the post office, I tried calling Amazon, I tried to fix the problem online, but I clicked the wrong choice because they believe the package was delivered and the package not delivered was not one of the choices.
