I received an email off you on **th May. I replied on the **th May but have not heard from you.*My credit card was used fraudulently in excess of my credit limit going over $*,***. In doing so several items I ordered and received from Amazon was not paid or stop payment. I cannot get into my account to set up my new card so that these items can be paid for because you have closed my account and my pass word no longer works. I have tried to go into my account and change password but I still cannot get into my account you have blocked me out. What can I do? I need to pay for these items. I would like to go into my account and set up my new credit card so that I may pay for all the outstanding items please. *I would like Amazon to let me into my account so that I can fix the problem by submitting my new credit card.*Kind regards

I have no idea why you think my problem was solved. I still cannot get into my Amazon account to add my new credit card details to pay for outstanding items I have already received. I need to add my new credit card to pay for all these items. Can anyone help?
