I puchased * Amazon gift cards $*** each. When redeemed it said they were already redeemed. I went on support on this Amazon cite they gave me a number to call *** ***-**** Joe answered he told me to go back to store and buy * more cards, I didnt have enough money only had $***. He had me buy * and I barrowed $*** the next day to buy the *rd card. I have a total of * gift cards as he had me buy * more total, He said so he could refund . He said he refunded $*** and to wait * to * days to receive in my account? * days have passed. Why do u sell already redeemed cards. I will file a dispute at my bank as * were purchased with my debit card. Caused me to b overdrawn and I had to pay $** overdraft fees because he said he could refund my money in * minutes. This is third time Amazon gift cards have already been redeemed. They say non refundable yet you are making money and stealing My hundreds of dollars are just stolen and I will file a law suit if you do not help me. A man said he was Joe from support did this. I will wait * more days as he asked Does your online support have authority to make refunds?
