Get my order sent back at the UPS store but they wanted to charge me for a box. ... I ordered * flower pots in ** inch. I got *** inch. Took them to the UPS store to send back and they wanted $* for a box. I wouldn't do it. Now please tell me what to do. It was the only choice to check when I checked I was returning them. I have reordered them hopefully getting the right size though. I also have a problem with calcium pills I ordered. I never got them and have reordered them. I don't want to be charged twice for either of these items. I don't understand why I can't talk to a live person. I tried and they said something about the corona virus thing. I just talked to someone a few days ago. Please get this straightened out for me.
I want to be able to send the product back for free.
