But seating not really comfortable.**So I had gotten a HDMI cable to hook up my new laptop to our big TV.**So while my wife dished up the food, I hooked my new laptop to our big TV w*the HDMI cable, logged into prime, and said ok to paying $*.** to see the episode even though we are Prime members.**The episode started playing on the laptop screen and the TV screen, but audio was only heard from the laptop even though I turned the TV volume up to ***. I stoped the episode playback in less than * minutes.**Dinner was ready then so I tried calling you to cancel the purchase until I had time another day to have one of your technical people walk me through what needed to be done on my laptop to get the sound to go to the TV also. Your phone number isnt working now. I then tried your chat line, but your bot didnt understand the question and wanted me to choose one of the physical items I bought from u in the past as a topic.**So I am emailing. Im ** and my wife is ** so we are not the best with streaming or computers. But I would like my $*.** back until I have time to sit down with my laptop and u have some technical person I can call to work through how to get sound thru the TV along with the video so we can see the missed episode (and other shows you have In Prime since we can now sit in living room chairs to watch on big screen if I can get laptop*TV working with full sound.)**My cell phone is ***-***-****.
