My Amazon order number [redacted]-[redacted] placed on March 20, [redacted] did not arrive. The tracking information shows it was delivered on March 28, [redacted], indicating it was given to the resident; however, I was home all day and did not receive it. I realized the order was processed even though Amazon mentioned it was out of stock in February and March. I contacted Amazon Customer Service on March 13, [redacted] to cancel all my subscribe and save items for March. Hence, the order should not have been sent on March 20, [redacted]. I request a refund of the $15.19 charged for the undelivered Lions Mane Mushroom supplement. Despite trying to process a refund on Amazon's website, I am unable to return the products I never received. Please resolve this issue, refund the $15.12, and confirm the refund via email. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ensures that businesses provide equal access and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. It seems Amazon is creating obstacles for disabled customers. I previously raised the issue of login difficulties with Amazon. After forgetting my password, the OTP system requires entering the last 4 digits of a credit card I don't recognize. Amazon assured me they would address this, but the credit card prompt remains during login attempts, causing further issues today. Access to online shopping, specifically ordering products for delivery, is crucial, especially during challenging times.

I recently received an email from Amazon stating that my account has been put on hold due to unverified details and that I need to confirm my address information by providing a current bill. Unfortunately, when I tried to contact Amazon for verification, I encountered a "[redacted] Forbidden" error. Despite this, I can still access my account normally through the login page.

I received a refund for my order, but it was for the wrong amount. When the item arrived broken and incorrect, the seller promised a refund. Shortly after, I purchased the same item from a different seller at a lower price. The original refund was processed by the wrong seller, reflecting the cheaper price. I need the refund corrected to the accurate amount. I have attempted to contact Amazon through their website due to phone lines being down because of Covid-19, but have not received any response to my multiple messages. It feels like my concerns are being overlooked.

The scope we purchased for our 10-year-old grandson is defective. There seems to be a chip inside the glass that affects the view, and the crosshairs are misaligned. We are struggling to return it due to health issues made worse by the pandemic. My wife is battling cancer, and I have emphysema, so we're high-risk and unable to go out. We have the original box and materials and would like to keep the scope for now and return it in a few months when it's safer for us to do so. Could you please send a replacement and allow us to send back the faulty one later? Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

The delivery date for my order kept changing multiple times. Eventually, the order status showed as lost, but then I received a new delivery date via email. I decided to request a refund. Surprisingly, on the same day I got the refund, the item arrived. However, now the third-party seller is requesting payment. I spoke with Amazon chat today, who mentioned a retro charge process would be done through Amazon. Unfortunately, the follow-up email from Amazon stated that the seller would contact me. I am concerned about providing financial information to someone over a phone call without any proof. I appreciate any assistance.

I returned three items to Amazon for a refund: a Huawei Ultra 5G camera, Samsung wireless earbuds, and a charger for iPhones. I tracked the deliveries and used the required labels. While the charger refund was confirmed, the earbuds were returned to me on April 2nd due to being categorized as dangerous goods. The Huawei phone I also returned has not been mentioned despite tracking showing its delivery to your return address. Can you advise on how to resend the earbuds? I returned several items to Amazon for a refund, including a Huawei ultra *G camera, Samsung wireless earbuds, and a charger plate for iPhones. Tracking shows delivery to your building. The charger refund was confirmed, but the earbuds were sent back labeled as dangerous goods. My expensive phone, also returned, has not been addressed despite tracking showing delivery. I purchased a water hose from Amazon, specifically the Growngreem brand. According to UPS, they claimed I refused the delivery, which is false as they never contacted me on the scheduled delivery day. Despite requesting a call from them on that day, I didn't receive any communication. UPS has successfully delivered to my address in the past without issue. I provided special delivery instructions that were not followed. I am hoping for a prompt redelivery as this item was intended as a birthday gift for April 5th. I suggest that Amazon cover the shipping costs and consider using a different carrier or holding the package at a local facility. Alternatively, they could send it to my post office box for convenient pickup. I am disappointed in the seller and Amazon and request urgent attention to this matter. I believe a discount on future purchases or a partial refund would be fair compensation, but I still expect to receive the product first. Financially, I cannot afford any additional expenses as I used up my last funds to buy this item with the expectation of a timely delivery for my mother's birthday.

I recently spent a considerable amount of time on the phone trying to update my email address. After resolving the issue, I ran into a problem when trying to log in with my new email [redacted] instead of my old one [redacted] My next goal is to link my account with my wife's so we can share her library and Prime membership. Her email is [redacted] However, we are stuck in a cycle when trying to transition my access over. We are repeatedly prompted to enter codes and information without progress. Ultimately, I am looking to use [redacted] to access our family library, Prime, and recently purchased book. The process should be simpler than what we are experiencing.

I made an order #[redacted]-[redacted] on April 2, [redacted]. I got an email on April 4, [redacted], stating that the seller is no longer on the website. The email mentioned that I can't dispute this until after the estimated delivery date of June 12, [redacted]. The seller provided tracking number LY[redacted]78CN, but when I checked with USPS, there was no record of it. Many others share similar experiences on the seller's skyb profile, indicating that he is a scammer. Despite the numerous complaints, I have to wait until June 12, [redacted], to file a dispute if my item doesn't arrive. Considering the seller's fraudulent actions affecting many customers, I request Amazon to intervene and refund me. I urgently need assistance with a defective lift chair recliner. My recent purchase caused a dangerous incident with my husband, who just returned from the hospital. I am having trouble resetting my OTP on my Windows 10 computer using either the Microsoft Edge or Chrome browser. Despite my attempts, the system keeps defaulting to a two-step OTP process. I have tried numerous times with text messages, but have not been successful. I have identified that changing my internet provider and IP address has caused this issue. When I switch back to my old provider, the problem goes away. I believe I need my account reset to recognize my new IP address. Can someone please provide a link for an online chat so we can resolve this efficiently? JPW

Approximately three weeks ago, my Amazon account was compromised, resulting in unauthorized orders being placed. The bank has resolved the financial aspect, and I have followed the advice to update my bank card details. However, I am currently unable to access my account due to the hacker changing my email and password. Despite attempts to rectify the situation and receiving a "Billing Report Update" from Amazon, I am unable to open it as my computer detects it as unsafe. Additionally, I have not been receiving the One Time Passwords needed to sign in. It seems that my email address was changed during the initial hacking incident. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account as I am unable to provide the new bank card information or create a new account since my current email is still associated with the compromised account. I have been unsuccessful in reaching Amazon customer support for guidance on resolving this matter.

I have been trying to get more information from this person/company for days with little success. I believe the product I received is not legal as there is no information on the product or in the instructions. After looking up the return address, I found other complaints about different products. I recently listed an item on Amazon. Even though my listing specified standard shipping, the label showed USPS priority with a $16.00 charge to the customer. The label printed with a Small package USPS box, but I realized there was an option for a larger size. I'm puzzled because I recall from my past listings that when selling a product already listed, I just specified the shipping method, price, and quantity. I'm wondering why UPS shipping isn't available as it tends to be more cost-effective for customers.

I received my order of three 50ml bottles of hand gel today. However, I was disappointed to find them in a plastic bag without an invoice or description. The clear plastic bottles have no labels or writing, making it impossible to know what substance they contain. I am concerned about using them as it could be anything, even something dangerous. When I ordered them, I was expecting the alcohol content to be printed on the bottle. The seller is Kcibyxv, and I believe they might be taking advantage of the current virus situation. I am less concerned about getting a refund and more worried about the safety of sending unidentified liquids through Amazon.

I placed an order on December 6, [redacted], for 5 $25 gift cards from Whole Foods on Amazon using my Discover card. Expecting physical cards for Christmas, I received e-cards instead. After contacting Amazon, they agreed to cancel the order and refund the $[redacted]. Abner assured me the refund would be credited to my card, but only two $25 charges were refunded. After more back and forth with Janet M, I was directed to Whole Foods to no avail. Discover attempted to help but mistakenly reversed the entire charge. As a result, Amazon recharged me the $[redacted]. Seeking a resolution, I only need the remaining $75 credited back to my Discover card, as the error was Amazon's. Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was for N95 masks, and I am disappointed with the quality. I received them from China and they do not meet the standards I expected. As a 76-year-old with asthma, sending them back is a challenge due to the cost and my health condition. I attempted to return them through USPS.com but encountered difficulties. I feel stuck with unusable masks or facing high return costs. I am seeking a refund without the hassle and expense of returning them to China.
