I am writing regarding my order [redacted]. I made the purchase on Saturday evening with the expectation of receiving it by Monday, as indicated when I added the items to my cart. Opting for Amazon due to the promised delivery time, I am disappointed not to have received my order yet, especially since I only received my first tracking update yesterday (Wednesday). Regrettably, I failed to capture the initial notification as proof, presuming I wouldn't encounter this issue. I'm contacting customer service to understand why the expected delivery timeframe was not met and to express my disappointment. I initially selected Amazon for its efficiency, but this experience has made me consider opting for local store pickups in the future. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, E.

I purchased a plexiglass sewing machine insert that doesn't fit my Juki machine, even though they assured me it would work with my Kangaroo sewing cabinet. I have already discussed the matter over the phone. I would like to return the item and receive a refund. The order was placed on September 14th. Thank you. - Geri W.

I recently received a phone call mentioning a deduction of $49 for Prime service, which I did not request or agree to. I do not want this service. Kindly discontinue any association with Prime NOW. The individuals who contacted me, first a lady and then a man, were both difficult to understand. The conversation led to mention of Western Union before I ended it. This company seems suspicious regarding money transfers. I felt like I was being scammed. Please stop any further communication about Prime. If any money was taken from my account without authorization, I expect a prompt refund. If this is problematic, kindly close my account after returning the illegally accessed funds. Thank you in advance. - I. Allanach

I am sharing the transcript of a conversation with an Amazon representative regarding an order issue I am experiencing. The order in question is # [redacted]-[redacted], which I returned due to damage. Despite receiving confirmation of a refund to my Amazon account on February 12th, the $45.81 refund has not shown up on my American Express card yet. During the conversation with Preetha from Amazon, it was clarified that the refund had been processed to my Amazon gift balance, and upon request, the refund was reprocessed to my original payment method. The refund of $54.22 should reflect on my American Express card within 3 to 5 business days. The conversation ended positively with Preetha's assistance being appreciated.

I spent over an hour on the phone trying to access my account, usually easily done through the computer icon. Forgetting my password led to a loop of receiving a special number by email that didn't work. After speaking with an agent and then a manager who quizzed me on recent orders I couldn't recall, it was noted that the last 4 digits of the credit card on file were not mine. I was asked to call back in 5 minutes. Subsequent agents were unable to assist, advising me to call again for further help. Ultimately, my sole option was to cancel my long-standing subscription and begin anew. Losing access to recent orders and my e-reader history is incredibly frustrating. The lack of support during such a simple process is hard to fathom. Uncertain about the end date of my now "former" prime membership, I worry about potential charges. Although I signed up for the 30-day trial, I am immensely frustrated by this substantial waste of time and effort.

I encountered an issue while logging into my Amazon account [redacted] with the correct password, as the system indicated it was invalid. When attempting to reset my password using the 6-digit OTP sent to my cell phone, I was also prompted for the expiry date of an old credit card. After contacting customer service, I was redirected to Natalia from the account team. Natalia asked about an Amazon Prime account I couldn't recall, leading to the suggestion of creating a new account. Unfortunately, this prevented me from accessing two important past transactions: a scheduled tablet delivery and a pending return. I seek guidance on resolving this unexpected security matter and would appreciate assistance in restoring access to my previous transactions.

I have discovered an error in a research methodology book available on Amazon that includes my doctoral thesis in its bibliography. The authors cited my thesis on child sexual abuse and special needs, which is not related to research. The reference is inaccurate, stating the thesis was on "LANGUAGE QUALITY ASSURANCE PRACTITIONERS," which is actually from the language editing certificate, not the thesis topic itself. I'm concerned about the misrepresentation. The book is published with this mistake, which is troubling as it is a research guide. After some online research, I found concerns about the legitimacy of the publishers, mentioned on a website questioning their authenticity. I plan to contact the publishers, although I'm uncertain about their responsiveness. I wanted to highlight this issue to Amazon, even though I know they are just a sales platform.

I made a purchase on Amazon for a book titled "Recipes of My 15 Grandmothers" that was subsequently canceled by the seller. They assured me of a refund within 1-2 business days. However, despite contacting customer service and being promised a refund of $22.05, it has not been processed even after 8 days. Tia S from Amazon's Philippines office confirmed the refund in an email, but it has not reflected in my account. The delay is concerning, especially since there was another book by the same author that I successfully received. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

I placed two orders with the following order IDs: [redacted]-[redacted] [redacted]-[redacted] I was at home when the package was supposed to arrive. I didn't receive any call from the delivery agent. How can Amazon say a delivery was attempted? The delivery agent, Mr. Sanjeev, informed me he hadn't attempted delivery and would do so in an hour. After 2 hours, I called him and he was very rude. I was treated poorly and felt like I was begging for my items. Why would Amazon provide such rude service? Is this the level of service we should expect from Amazon, a company we trust? This behavior towards customers is unacceptable.

Over two weeks ago, my account was placed on hold for violating the Gift Card Terms and Conditions. I am unsure of what exactly I did wrong, as I always ensure to follow Amazon's rules diligently. Following the hold, I reached out to customer service who directed me to respond to an email from the Amazon account specialist team requesting receipts for items purchased. I promptly provided all relevant documentation related to my account activity. Despite sending the requested information, I have not received any feedback from the team after two weeks. Consequently, I sought assistance from a supervisor who advised me to email the details of my issue to a specified address. The issue arose after ordering two items using my Gift Card balance. The account hold occurred after placing the second order, even though the same Gift Card balance was used for both transactions. According to the email from the Amazon account specialist team, the violation allegedly occurred with the second order. I initially received a $[redacted] Gift Card from a friend in the US, and subsequently redeemed it without any problems. To avoid troubling my friend repeatedly, I procured a $50 Amazon Gift Card from a reputable third-party site called 'Dundle.com,' which had positive online reviews and trust ratings. Following the successful redemption of the initial Gift Card, I acquired a Virtual Visa Gift Card from Dundle for convenience. Despite encountering payment failures while trying to reload the Gift Card balance with the virtual Visa due to possible card issues, I stopped to prevent any account locks by Amazon. I used Dundle as Amazon does not support payment methods like Paypal and Skrill. I emphasize that my actions were not in violation of the Terms & Conditions. Being a loyal Amazon.in customer, I wanted to benefit from lower prices on Amazon.com for specific products compared to those in India. I kindly request the team to release the hold on my account as $[redacted] of my funds are currently inaccessible, causing me undue stress. I assure you of my genuine and lawful shopping intentions. I will provide all necessary documentation to verify my Gift Card purchases. I trust your team will address my concerns promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subject: Issue with Return and Refund Dear Amazon Customer Support, I would like to bring to your attention the matter regarding my recent return of two tagging guns to the seller. The seller has confirmed receiving both items, and documentation of the return is attached for your reference. I kindly request that you update your records and correct any discrepancies, as both tagging guns have been successfully returned. It is important to me that this matter is resolved promptly, and I urge you to address it with due diligence. Your assistance in rectifying this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Your prompt resolution is eagerly awaited. Sincerely, [redacted]

Six months ago, Amazon placed my account and a $[redacted] gift card balance on hold. Despite providing proof of the gift cards promptly as requested via email, I received no response after sending it multiple times. I have contacted them numerous times, but each time they apologize, stating they can't see any details and that account services will contact me within 24 hours, which never happens. Even after explaining I purchased the gift cards from Lowe's and providing evidence, the same response of apologies and lack of information persists. They acknowledge the issue but offer no resolution or connection to account services. I am left without a solution to this ongoing problem.

I placed an order for an Omron BP apparatus on February 26th with order number [redacted]-[redacted], but Amazon informed me later that it was canceled. However, I noticed that Rs. [redacted] was debited from my bank account for this order. Subsequently, I reordered a similar BP apparatus with the cash-on-delivery option, which was delivered promptly. Despite indicating that the second order was canceled by Amazon, a delivery person still left another apparatus at my house. I lodged a complaint via the Amazon app, but I have not received a response yet. I kindly request assistance in arranging for the collection of the extra item and issuing a refund for Rs. [redacted].

I submitted a claim for a $70 return shipping fee through Amazon's "A-Z Guarantee" on 01/06/[redacted] over the phone with "Leigh" after failing three times on the website. Despite not receiving any response, my attempts to follow up with "Leigh" were unsuccessful as the messages were coming back as undeliverable. Further attempts to inquire via the website proved to be pointless. The $70 shipping cost to return the item to an international third-party seller is covered under Amazon's A-Z Guarantee. Amazon should refund me the $70, particularly since the seller did not receive the package due to an incorrect address on the shipment label provided by Amazon. I expect Amazon to honor its guarantee and reimburse the $70 shipping cost promptly without any further delays. I have reached a point where patience is running thin.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted], William M. I received my order today, but unfortunately, one of the items, a multimeter, arrived damaged because it was ripped open to fit inside the box with another item. The contents were scattered inside the larger box, and I suspect the packaging process caused the damage since the item was bouncing around inside. I'm an electronics technician, and I can tell the equipment is damaged as something is rattling in the metal case. I believe the multimeter needs to be replaced rather than repaired. It would be helpful to investigate who packaged the items this way. I have photos of the damage for reference.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Amazon Prime TV account. This issue has recurred after a similar incident three months ago, requiring intervention from Amazon's technical support team to address a system problem, which was resolved after approximately two weeks and multiple phone conversations. Despite this, I have successfully logged into my Netflix account, confirming that my TV and set-top connection are functioning correctly. During this period, I have continued to be charged for my Amazon Prime, HBO, and other subscribed services facilitated through Amazon Prime.

I am having trouble accessing my Prime account. The verification process that requires inputting letters and numbers is not working correctly despite providing the correct information. I have been using my account for 20 years and this new login system is causing me difficulty. I urgently need to log in to purchase a new computer. Please remove the ineffective "I am not a robot" verification step so I can access my account smoothly. Thank you.

My name is Devulapalli Srinivas, and I have an Amazon account under the email ID [redacted] I am contacting you regarding the order number ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]. Although I received an email from Amazon stating that the order was delivered today, March 7, [redacted], at 12:40 am Indian time and signed by me, the order has not been received yet. I have been at home all day, and the delivery notification seems inaccurate based on the track record. I kindly request your assistance in tracking the order accurately and ensuring its delivery to the correct billing address.

I forgot my password and tried to reset it, but after several failed attempts my account got locked. Now I cannot change the password because I keep getting the same error message. I am not a native English speaker, so calling them is not an option for me. I tried to email them, but all I receive is the same response saying my email is not recognized. I am unsure what to do next. Please help me with this issue.

I placed an order on February 12, [redacted], for a sexy women's v-neck dress in yellow, but I accidentally duplicated it and canceled one immediately before it went through. However, I have not received a refund yet. The order was for Nyoka Ramatar, shipped to a Nebraska address under my name, Sasha-gay Benjamen. I am unable to find the tracking number as it seems to have been misplaced. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. I am feeling very dissatisfied with the situation and may reconsider shopping on Amazon in the future.
