I received a completely damaged product and when I tried to return it, no courier would take it back. I received a message stating the product was not ready for return. I have made numerous requests with no resolution. I engage in daily chats with customer service for updates. I am frustrated and unable to comprehend Amazon's process. I demand a refund; otherwise, you may lose a valuable customer.

I successfully returned a Techno Camon iAce 2x (13MP rear + 8MP front camera) on 21/12/[redacted]. My refund was issued to my Amazon Pay balance. I then used this balance, along with my Visa card, to order a new Redmi 7A (matte blue, 2GB RAM, 16GB). Unfortunately, the order was later canceled, and I was informed via SMS. When I tried to log in to find out why, I discovered that my account was locked. Amazon cited issues verifying my card and billing address. Despite my bank refunding the amount used to top up my pay balance, my Amazon account remains inaccessible. I urgently need access to these funds to purchase a new phone as I am currently unable to contact my family. I kindly request assistance in unlocking my Amazon account. I purchased a Fire HD 10 with Alexa as a Christmas present for my daughter. To our dismay, upon opening the package, she found a cracked, old tablet with stickers on the back instead of the new one we expected. It seems that at the factory, someone swapped the new tablet for their old broken one and even took the accessories. The purchase was made using a Target card on 12/24 at the Target on Carl D Silver Parkway in Fredericksburg, VA. I kindly request a replacement for the faulty product. Cheers, T.

I placed an order for a Fire 8" HD tablet yesterday (Order: [redacted]-[redacted]) and used a Mastercard Gift card for payment. After receiving an email stating the payment was rejected, I realized my name on the card was listed as Dale Purdy, not Dale P Purdy as registered online. The email contained a link to resolve declined payments, mentioning the option to resubmit payment, which I couldn't find. I opted to cancel the order with the intention of reordering with my credit card, only to discover the price had increased by $30. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with processing the order at the original price.

Order number [redacted] [redacted]. I have submitted several complaints about these disappointing shoes. The size 8 I ordered is much larger than expected. I am seeking a refund and a return label, as this is the fourth time I have requested this without any resolution. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau. I'm currently on a ship at sea attempting to log in to Amazon. Unfortunately, Amazon requires SMS verification, which is impossible for me to receive while [redacted] miles offshore. Clicking on 'cannot access your phone' only redirects me back to the login page without providing assistance. I am now completely locked out as Amazon does not offer help unless logged in. Email verification would be a suitable alternative, but Amazon does not provide this option, leaving seafarers like me unable to access their accounts.

I reached out to Amazon when the package containing my new refurbished phone didn't arrive on 12/19/19, despite the tracking indicating it was delivered. They assured me it would arrive by 12/24/19, but it didn't. The vendor insists it was delivered the first time, which is not the case. Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to log in to my Amazon account to review an order (#[redacted]-[redacted]) I placed recently using the link provided in the order confirmation email. I was alerted that there was another Amazon account linked to my email but with a different password, despite me only ever using one password for my account. I missed the delivery of my Coolmobiz Smart Watch, and when I finally opened it on December 26th, I discovered that the screen was cracked, the belt was dusty, and the touch functionality was poor. Upon my return home on December 26th, I discovered that my Coolmobiz Smart Watch arrived while I was away. Despite the item being delivered on December 14th with a 10-day replacement window, my absence caused me to miss the opportunity to examine it before December 24th, when the return period expired. Disheartened by this, I attempted to reach out to Amazon Support Facility without success. My family members confirmed the item wasn't mishandled after delivery. Although the watch should be covered by a 1-year warranty, it did not come with a warranty card. I am uncertain about the next steps and would appreciate a prompt resolution from Amazon, ideally a replacement due to the unused condition of the item.

I disputed charges on Amazon due to a stolen credit card. After weeks, I got an email stating my account is frozen unless I pay for the charges. To avoid more trouble, I gave a new credit card number even without seeing the charges. Despite multiple emails and calls, my account remains frozen. The customer service team says they can't reach the account managers who can help fix the problem.

I couldn't find a way to contact the seller, which is odd. Amazon's poor packaging led to me giving my daughter a subpar Christmas present. I would appreciate a refund for the product. I choose not to support a company that is engaging in genocide against any group of people. I prefer not to do business with organizations associated with terrorism or those that aim to harm my country. Additionally, I do not endorse products that promote racism or discrimination. The advertisement depicting a mix-race couple on Alexa seems manipulative and unethical to me, as it may influence social perceptions. I believe it is important to respect human rights and personal choices without political manipulation. Therefore, I have decided to boycott Amazon due to what I consider to be a betrayal of principles and a violation of human rights.
