The issue in GetHuman-rprichar's own words
I have had and used from time to time my current e mail address, I trried for about * days and several hours plus several hours on the pphone trying to reset my pass word. I rec*d six or sseven different OTP number and none of them would be correct. finally a phone call to customer serice and SHE said I had to change my e mail. I was quite up set . my order was for my daughter *oth wedding. This morning I tried a different comp to get another gift and everthing went well until it turned out amazon was shipping for personalied mall and password came back through amazon.

GetHuman-rprichar did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
