Hello my name is Pareese Papadimitriou. It was my first time ever using amazon and I ordered a * oz bottle of woolzies jasmine essential oil but instead got lavender and I am severely allergic to lavender. Now, I understand that there’s a return policy for exchange and what not but I strongly believe that it is unreasonable for me to have to go through all the trouble and pay for shipping o send my incorrect package back. ESSPECIALLY if I received something I will get a severe allergic reaction to. This is ridiculous!

GetHuman-papadim did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
