The issue in GetHuman-aldange's own words
Amazon has been placing a charge on my credit card in the amount of approx. $**.** every month since Dec. **,****. I did not recognize this charge* thus, I sent two letters to Amazon to two different address obtained online requesting an explanation and both were returned. I do not know what this amount represents* therefore, I could not have approved the charges. Since I copied Chase on the correspondence sent to Amazon, I thought Chase resolved this issue. No so, since the charges continue. If I may have done something accidentally and inadvertently, it is not to be meant as my approval. Whatever this charge represents, I do not recognize it, I do not want it, I want to canceled it and I want Amazon to discontinue placing that monthly charge on my credit card immediately.

GetHuman-aldange did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
