I feel I have provided ample proof to TRS Recovery Services that I never ordered a fan from amazon, didn't get delivery from amazon, and don't owe amazon. However, they persist in claiming they have an amazon referral. ... On July **, ****, I placed an order for a small air circulator fan with ebay. I got confirmation from ebay and the charge from ebay appeared on my checking account statement.**However, a few weeks later I got a letter from TRS Recovery Services in Georgia claiming that I had an unpaid balance of about $** with amazon. They claim they had a referral from amazon. Amazon never contacted me.**I need to know who at amazon would refer a matter to a company like TRS Recovery Services so I can talk to that department or person.
It's frustrating to have something like this come out of the blue and to have to prove beyond any reasonable standard that I didn't place an order with amazon.
I want TRS Recovery to leave me alone. If that takes intervention from amazon, so be it.
I have been a customer since ****.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta.
