I am trying to resolve a password change that was not asked for by me. Earlier I tried logging in and was advised that my password was incorrect. I then tried changing it online and followed the *st step and received the authentication code by e mail. I entered it and was then taken to another screen asking for a further code which would be sent to a mobile number ending ***. This is not my number. I called for assistance and was advised that this would be passed to another department. I called later and again sent an email which should a cut and paste of my screen messages. I have now noticed in my spam a request was apparently made at **** yesterday for a password change .At the same time a request for a password change was made to another account which I have. it appears that my account has been compromised. Concerned with the security of my account I called firstly the other company who were more than helpful. I called again to update you with my latest finding and spoke with Bharath. Having been told by him he would send a code to a mobile ending with numbers that weren't mine. I updated with my correct number but was told I needed to send an e mail in that case. Because of my concerns I asked to speak with a supervisor but was told I could not be put through to one. *Obviously I am concerned with the security of my account and am surprised that I could not speak with a supervisor.*I also recall speaking to a customer service advisor in December asking that the number for my mobile telephone be corrected- it would appear that this wasn't done
