As we have asked for the replacement but the product wasn't available you said that you will refund the amount but it's not yet initiated, the product was returned on **th of June today its *th August. The day when the return was scheduled the time given to your Amazon agent was of *:**am to *:** pm still that person was late. After that he just took the package and haven't given us any acknowledgement slip. The stupid thing was I have returned the product along with the receipt itself. Now after that we have placed call so many times in Amazon customer service but always they asked us to wait for *-* business days. And after a month they kept asking for a acknowledgement receipt. As your Amazon agent is their what should we do in it it isn't our fault. We did our job your responsibility is not yet fulfilled as this was the first time I have returned something I have got a very disgusting experience. Please do solve this issue or replace the mobile phone.
