I received my order Order* ***-*******-******* and the shipping package was damaged.*(Also, * of the * k-cup boxes were damaged inside and coffee was leaking out from damaged k-cups inside * of the boxes.) I had trouble finding this live-chat page so tried to post a review which was denied. I do not understand why it was denied as I read the guidelines and cannot understand what rules were broken. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years on Amazon and after reading the guidelines, I feel as if I committed a crime! No explanation was given..no personal note to me. I dont't think anyone cared enough to check my account which would indicate I am not a trouble maker...just a customer who couldn't understand why my package would be delivered when clearly it was damaged. I felt Amazon should be aware of how a package *was handled and delivered. Now I would like to know what rules I broke to be denied a review.
