Hi,**I placed an order for a guess handbag two days ago with the seller 'FANTASIA SRL'. However, I wasn't sure of the size of the item because the only available size in the colour I wanted read 'pz' and I wasn't sure what that meant so I cancled the order.*However, I haven't received a refund. And I noticed on the Amazoon website the order is completely gone, Nothing was documented under 'open' or 'cancled' orders. I also got the following email from them:**Dear customer,**given that his nation is subject to customs control, we ask whether it is willing to pay customs charges concerning his expedition.*The we inform you that our Company will not predict the amount of customs duties.*We invite you to contact your local customs office for further information.*We await his kind reply before shipment.**Best regards*Fabiana **I'm not sure what that means, so I'm kind of worried. i'd appreciate your quick response
