I ORDERED VIVO V** ON *TH MAY WHICH WAS SAID TO BE DELIVERED ON *TH MAY. ON *TH MAY UR DELIVERY AGENT ARRIVED TO OUR HOME AND SAID THAT HE DON'T KNOW THE PROCEDURE TO BE TAKEN FOR EXCHANGING MOBILE FOR THE MOLIBE. HE SAID HE WILL SEND ANOTHER AGENT AND THAT HE WOULD DELIVER US THAT DAY ITSELF. BUT WHEN I CONTACTED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON *TH MAY (TODAY) WE WAITED TILL EVENING AND NOW THE DELIVERY IS CANCELLED BUT NOT BY US. WHEN WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THAT IT WAS FROM THE AGENT WHO CLEVERLY DECLINED WHICH MADE IT LOOK LIKE WE DID. U MUST REALLY REGRET FOR UR ACTIONS AND CARELESSNESS. I HOPE I WILL TAKE AN ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH A BAD THING FROM UR SIDE WHICH LITERALLY THE WORST FROM A TOP COMPANY IN THE WORLD
