AMAZON & WHOLE FOODS**On February **, **** Sunday about *:** pm. I went to Whole Foods Store at *** S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA ***** to buy Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse. I asked the * Whole Foods employees in the Whole Body aisle did you have any Colon Cleanse. a young woman told me to speak to the short young woman there but she was talking to a male employee. She told me to wait. I did but she was still talking to the other employees. So, I went to the front of the store to have the manager paged. Luis who said he was the manager of the front came out. I explained the situation and we walked to the Whole Body section and he found the Super Cleanse in about ** seconds. *I pointed out * of the * employees to Luis who were rude and ignored me to Luis. Today *-**-**** I pointed out the woman who was responsible for the Whole Body Section to Luis. I have been shopping at Whole Foods Stores for over ** years and I am also an Amazon customer too. This is the worse customer service that I have received. I and other customers shop at Whole Foods because of the customer service, the quality of your foods and health items even though we have to pay a little extra.*About *:**pm Sunday, February **, **** latter that day I came back to Whole Foods to find out the name of the short young woman that was rude to me. So, I could put it in this report. I ask her, her name and she refused to tell me. She just told me to speak to customer service up front. I went to customer service but I didn’t see Luis there. So, I typed this report anyway because I could still report to the “Manger of the Store” who handles personnel issues according to Luis, tomorrow Monday. *The same young woman who was the one responsible for the Whole body section on Saturday *-**-**** about *:** pm I did some shopping at the same Whole foods and I also bought some DGL Licorice in the Whole Body section and the same employee didn’t seem to know what it was. She seemed to be more concerned talking to her other fellow employees but I didn’t think it was enough for me to complain to a manager. *I hope that you can improve your training of the Whole Foods staff in your Whole Body section, especially the new short young female employee who was rude and dismissive to me. Luis your front manager was very professional and had a great customer service. Luis did tell me in the future if I have a problem that I should talk to the “Manger of the Store” because that manager handles the personnel issues. So, I be giving this to the “Manger of the Store”. I guess the Store Manger wasn’t there that day because the employees brought Luis in to speak to me.
