Hello,**My name is Matan Swissa.*Myself's and my wife's old Amazon account is MBSWISSA@GMAIL.COM*My phone number is: ***-***-*****My wife's phone number is: ***-***-******We have recently erased that account. **We found out that we need assistance on a $*** worth of a product that we purchased on that account. **The product is in its original packaging in a brand new condition except that is just won't turn on. **The product name is 'SuperOBD SKP-*** Key Programmer...'*The barcode on the packaging says: X***OGPN*X**On January ** of **** at **:**AM pacific time I called Amazon customer service to try and get help locating the product on one of our account, assuming we purchased it on the MBSWISSA@GMAIL.COM account. **The rep was not able to assist, and I asked to get some help from a manager.*After waiting about **-** minutes on the line, the same rep answers again and apologizes that she possibly forgot to pass me through to the manager. **After another few minutes a manager by the name Ayshia S. answered. **Ayshia S. was rude, and was telling me basically that unless I have the order number or the tracking number for the order there was no other way for her to assist me. In addition Ayshia S. claimed that she is highest manager I could get to speak with and that there was not a manager above her that could assist me. **Now what I understood was that in **** a customer that purchased merchandise online, and possibly erased his account won't be able to get help from a website like Amazon in that case. That does not make any sense to me, Amazon must have other ways to access the purchase records by me providing you with the old email adress for the account it was purchased from and any authentication necessary to authenticate that my wife and I owned that account. **That is the first time in years that we had ever a rude customer service approach that would keep telling us they can not help us further instead of trying to find a solution with us. There must be a more 'customer friendly' solution. I am sure we are not the first and not the last client to need assistance on a recent purchase from an (unintentionally or intentionally) erased Amazon account. **We believe that Amazon has the resources to address and solve those type of typical issues. We never thought we would need to seek help on various of consumer protection entities such as the Bureau of Consumer Protection or the BBB. **We have always been loyal Amazon customers and we expect to be treated as ones.**Best Regards,****Matan & Adriana (Batya) Swissa
