I purchased a Norelco Rechargeable Razor, model AT***, on *******, Amazon order ****-*******-*******. It was listed as new and should have a two year warranty. The product did not work correctly from the start, it sometimes would not turn on without * or * attempts. It still worked so I dealt with it. Recently it has quit altogether, it turns on for about *** second and then dies. I contacted Phillips Norelco and they tell me the warranty on this razor expired in December **** and they would do nothing to help resolve the claim. I was sold an already out-of-warranty product. I have tried in vain to find a way to contact Amazon directly or the seller, Mall Stops, to no avail. The razor serial number is ***********. This was verified by Phillips to be an expired warranty item sold to me as new. I would like a replacement, one which will have the FULL two year warranty, without delay.
