The root cause of the issue*I am the principal of Windco and I understand that we haven't pay attention and did a mistake that made our performance as a seller fall below both Amazon's and our own standards of quality.I believe there is a reason why this has happened:* During upgrading our seller account from individual to professional selling plan and updating the charge methods * information, we have added a wrong address that caused suspension of our selling account.*****. The actions you have taken to resolve the issue*We have taken the following corrective actions:*I.*We have found the reason which caused that issue and immediately fixed it.**II.*We have changed the wrong information with the right one and for the future will hire additional help for taking care of account information and health.****. The steps you have taken to prevent the issue going forward*CORRECTIVE LONG-TERM CHANGES TO BUSINESS TO PREVENT FUTURE ISSUES:*I. Going forward, we will work more accurate with all selling account information to avoid this kind of issues.**II. We have established a more robust and organized system for keeping all information together and will hire additional help for taking care of account health and security of our account information.**CONCLUSION:*We take full responsibility for the caused mistake. As such, we respectfully request that Amazon reinstate our selling privileges. Thank you for working with us to resolve this issue.
