I thought I ordered * Safavieh Calafornia Premium rug. order ****-*******-******* which was delivered by FED-X I have not taken it out of the packaging, and went online to have it returned. I was given a return mailing label, to take it to UPS, but no option to have it picked up from my home,*A second order went through, ****-*******-*******. I do not know how that happened. So now another rug is being delivered. I went on line and tried to cancel the second order, but all I was given was a print out for a return mailing label to be taken to UPS. **First, how can I stop the second rug from being delivered, but returned, and receive a refund? **If I can't do that, can I have the rugs picked up at my home by UPS, as they are long and bulky and do not fit in my car, even if I could lift it in. *In the past this was an option offered by Amazon, which I counted on for such a large bulking item. * Please get back to me as soon as possible, *Thank you,*Barbara Groshong
