The issue in GetHuman-alkasaru's own words
Actually my son has ordered one sofa set without my permission on **.**.**. The total cost of the sofa is **,***.* ..through master card Hdfc. The same next day i sent a request yo cancel the order. From Amazon side they said tht they replied the aforesaid mail in two days. Its means the coustmer has to wait for two days i. e. ** and ** october ****. The mail was sent by the coustmer for order cancellation on ** october at about **. ** a.m. but around *. **. P.m. at the same day one massage was sent by the Amazon tht they have dispatched the sofa it will arrive on * November. The problem is that when the coustmer already sent the cancellation mail n he said to be wait for two days for reply from amazon side then why they dispatched the sofa. The coustmer again sent the mail for cancellation but yet any positive reply was sent to the coustmer anout cancellation by Amazon. So please give attention to the matter otherwise it will be a matter of legal concerned.
