Hello team,**Regarding the billing issue. I want to raise a issue regarding your billing procedure. I am taking reference for the order no "***-*******-*******". I placed an order of JBL C*** SI on **th October, ****. As per the details on amazon app the product was shipped on the very next day i.e **th October,****. And i received the product on **th October, ****. Invoice for the product was generated of the day on which i ordered the product not the day on which i received the product. Now i am facing an issue with the product that left earbud is not working. I am only getting sound in right earbud. Next process is that I need to contact JBL service center for the replacement which i am not able to do. The reason behind that is JBL gives * year warranty on the product which as per the invoice provided by Amazon, the warranty has been expired two days back i.e **th October, ****. But as per my understanding, the invoice should be generated for the date on which the product was delivered not the date on which i ordered the product. **When amazon is generating a digital invoice then that should be generated for the date on which the customer received the product. I have seen this billing issue on all the product which i ordered. By doing this, you are ruining the entire experience of online shopping. **This kind of wrong policy is not expected from such a renowned company like amazon which has a presence on entire globe. I expect you to correct the invoice date on all the products which i ordered from amazon.**Please rectify the invoice date of the order no ***-*******-******* today itself as i have to get it replaced by tommorow.**Thanks*Jatin
