Received an email from Amazon stating package and item were both damaged would not be shipped. This was an electric skillet from Winnie Discount Store. To get a refund for the product they want an address label attached to the package I never received and will refund may money when they receive it. That is a little hard to do when I never received the package in the first place. Order ****-*******-*******.*Again, same scenario. I tried to order the skillet from a different company, same result. Received a email from Amazon stating package and product damaged would not be shipping to me. This was a skillet from Austin Discount Center ****-*******-*******. Will refund my money when I print and attach a label to the package and return it. Like I said, it is a little hard to do when you never received the package.
