my account * *****@***.com. On August **th I reported * unauthorized transactions. Amazon service rep could not access my account (hacker had broken in and changed login name, etc and purchased items. (check previous phone calls to Amazon (starting August **) and email to customer service Sept **)...no way to see what was ordered....but I could see the charges on my Mastercard.....Today I was able to log into the account....thank you, During the day the purchase history has been modified. * of the * items have been removed. * (flash drive) was sent here but still part of the unauthorized transactions...What should I do with this? And, I would appreciate an update on what you discovered and if it is safe to use this account and my Prime account again?
