Good day,**I mistakenly thought I was creating an alternative email for my Amazon Prime membership. I left my previous job on September **, **** and should have used a personal email from the beginning. I spoke to someone at a non toll-free number to explain and gave him my previous email, *****@***.com. I did "create" a new account under my Yahoo email, *****@***.com.**He seemed to understand and told me the account was not used since ****. I offered to send him statements from by bank to prove I had been ordering up until right before I left the job.**He kept asking how he could help, after I apologized several times for not realizing the "new account" was what I believed to replace my previous email address.**After the offer to prove I was also a Prime Member (the transactions are always tracked, as I love having the recent order history), he hung up.**I am not sure how to proceed because I would like to re-establish my Amazon Prime membership account with the updated email. I also order from the app and would greatly appreciate a prompt reply.**I will be happy to give you any further information to prove that I am Cynthia Wood and not a bit or hacker.**Thank you,*Cynthia Wood
