I have a very big problem. I placed this order and it was inexplicably “delayed.” When I comtacted customer service the woman I chatted with told me it would absolutely be delivered today. It never showed up. It never even moved from wherever it mysteriously is being held. Then I had to contact ANOTHER customer service representative who LEFT the conversation without helping me. Then YET ANOTHER representative joined and also did not help. I needed this gift for a * year old’s birthday party tomorrow and now that is not happening. I was lied to and abandoned by customer service. This is the fourth time I have had to explain this in two days. I have had to contact Amazon at least ** times this year about missing and late packages, always from your own delivery service. Why am I paying for Prime when I don’t get my orders? I am deeply deeply unhappy. I was sent an email an hour ago telling me the package was delivered two days ago (it wasn’t as every other customer service representative said it is late*missing) so I just spoke to yet another representative who told me he couldn’t do anything and would not give me a refund. Amazon has stolen from me and made this purchase a nightmare. I never want to order from them again. I want a refund right this second.
