Reference to Order ****-*******-******* and *****-*******-********Midwest Deluxe Critter Nation (Model ***)**First unit received had damaged top. Returned & Replaced.**Second unit received ******** has a damaged center pan. Called Customer Service this morning. First Rep said that he would check to locate replacement part or credit my card for the damaged part. He'd contact me. He didn't.**Next Rep said that he could do neither since this was my second return for same unit. What does that have to do with me receiving damaged parts?**Requested to speak with manager, who said the same thing but was rather rude about it. He insinuated that I was trying to rip Amazon off. Said he wouldn't do anything unless I shipped the entire unit back again. This isn't a tiny package. It weighs over *** pounds. It is a waste of time and money to keep sending the entire unit back and forth when Amazon keeps the pans in stock.**And not once did the *nd Rep or his Manager apologize for me receiving something that was damaged.**This is the first time that I've had such a negative experience requesting a replacement part from Amazon. What has happened to your customer service?*It's very disappointing that you're losing a customer over a product that was sent to me with a damaged part.**Carole Schultz*********
