Last week I've placed some orders in Amazon, but on the weekends I was informed that they could not process my bank card information as the bank was closed during the weekend, so I waited. However, this morning I've received an email stating that my bank account was closed, because they said my previous account has "violated the terms and agreements", which I do not understand. In my previous account I used my mother's credit card (because I had just moved to Canada for education, so I didn't have my own bank account and card yet), but amazon didn't seem to like that, and so they just blocked my account (account email: alexquach**@outlooklcom). Thus, I went and created a bank account, and in this account (*****@***.com) I chose my own card as the payment method. So I do not understand what is going on with Amazon right now, could you please look into this, as it can be difficult to not use Amazon when living here. Thank you.
