You recharged me for a lip liner & an a new pencil that was Returned to you. You do this to me on *-* items I Teturn with * other items all in same UPS Return shipment & you always are incorrect. Please have the UPS Tracking* for these *- Separate Shipping Label Returns. Also, when you send me “You’re being charged for this item...” Make sure you also put the UPS Tracking * in the email & allow a customer to hit reply to respond to you. **Did you check these numbers, because they both were Returned.**It’s a hassle to contact you & its wastemy time, which is MONEY!**I order a lot from Amazon, but love having Amazon Prime for just for the-Easy Returns. **I package my Return items in better condition then they’re shipped.
