Dear Amazon:**I am a regular Amazon customer, and I ordered several gifts for my grandchildren on August *th and was not able to connect with them until yesterday to give them their gifts. One item, a pump for the Rody (purchased at the same time), was broken, and we didn't realize that it wasn't supposed to be in two pieces until we took it out of the plastic packaging in order to inflate the Rody. **I realize that this is beyond the **-day return period, but is it possible for you to refund my money, anyway, since the item was broken? We were unable to inflate the Rody for three-year-old twins, because there was no working pump available.
I would like a refund.
Customer for many years. I expected an item that wasn't broken.
The pump cannot be fixed. The plastic air tube was broken in two pieces.
