pay for a laptop ... I was trying to buy a laptop for around $*k but It was denied. But later on, I got an email that says the transaction went through. But the problem is I can't log in to the Amazon, I use the save password from Chome and it failed. I try resetting and use the one time code and it also failed. I believe amazon ban me since I'm banned I would like some confirmation that my amazon prime won't be charging and the transaction cancel.**Amazon Pay payment ID*P**-*******-*********Thanks
my amazon account appears to be lock and I got an email that state $*,***.** could be missing from my credit card.
Confirmation that no money will be coming out of my account.
My first transaction, I expect that Amazon should inform me of what is going on. I mean if they lock my account, they should say it instead of me trying it out * or more time of resetting my password and still not able to get in. Finally, since my transaction was denied it shouldn't send me an email that says my transaction is pending.
I can't even log in to Amazon to contact support.
