On August **, ****, I placed an order for a "Bamboo Pillow", "Samsung Galaxy S**", "Tenergy *W Dimmable LED Desk Lamp", and "PRO-MART DAZZ Deluxe Mesh Pop-Up Laundry Hamper". My Tracking ID is: *"*Z***VW***********". I got an email saying that my items are being delivered and will arrive at my address by August **, ****. But when I open my order list today, on August **, ****, I get a message by Amazon saying: **"UPS couldn't deliver your package.**Unfortunately, due to a shipping issue, your package was returned to Amazon. We are issuing a free replacement and you will get a shipment confirmation email when the package ships. In case a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund and inform you via email."**I would want to know if my items will be refunded or resent to me and if so how soon can that happen? I am a new customer with Amazon and this has been a really bad experience so far. Please contact me soon with the next steps. Thank you.
