I am trying to get my account unblocked ... I placed an order on Amazon.com using my debit card. The order was deducted from my account and part of the order has even been shipped. Amazon have now blocked my account saying there is dubious behaviour on this account. I am in South Africa and have split the shipping between USA shipping company and South Africa. I have been struggling since the *th August. I have sent them numerous bank card statements but they are never happy. Plus the statement showing the amount deducted from my account. My husband Alex and I have a shared account and my debit card is attached to his current account.
How can I contact anyone if my account if blocked and the info I have in South Africa does not satisfy accounts
What ever has been sent - bill me for that. For the rest i.e *of * *and *of* can be cancelled
I am new but would have been a good buyer
We have sent numerous faxes to the accounts department - always receiving the standard computer response.
